Remodeled Bright 2 Bedroom Steps to the BEACH!

Here’s the good the bad and the ugly! The good is location, location, location. Great spot in Venice beach and truly such an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and easy drive to the city. The bad- no A/C. It was July and humid for LA so it was really hard to handle with kids too. My fault for not noticing that in the listing but be aware if you like central air. We ended up staying in a hotel by the end. The ugly is that the condo may not feel quite as renovated as the pictures indicated. And check in info comes from the dream stay instead of Vrbo- check your junk mail. Overall it’s a good condo but was not a good fit for our family in the heat of summer.

The price was premium, the property is superbly located for the beach but the feel is a bit shy of the premium price. It could do with a bit of freshening up all around.

Property is in an excellent location - less than 1 minute walk to the beach and a couple minute walk to very good selection of eateries. Host responds quickly to questions. Instructions on how to access the property was sent in advance, so it was clear and easy to find the property, parking space, and enter the property.Property is spacious enough for 4 adults with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Building is dated, but the living space is clean. I would rent this property again if I am in the area in the future.

This property was wonderful and the host was even better. Justin was so amazing to work with. We decided to stay an extra night and he was so accommodating. Also it is a great location, very close to the beach. Just a few footsteps away. I will be renting again when in town!!!
